Boston: South Shore man indicted for murder

A Quincy man now faces formal charges in a death in Boston in late October.

29-year-old Edgardo Clark, who has been held without bail since his initial court appearance, has been indicted for first-degree murder in the stabbing of 31-year-old Gerald Williamson.

The Suffolk D.A.’s office says Williamson and Clark were arguing at a restaurant, and when Williamson left, Clark followed him outside and started a fight that turned deadly.

Clark, who turned himself in to police, was identified through surveillance pictures and statements from witnesses.
