Seven teenagers, all but one from Marshfield, are charged with vandalizing a historic site in Hull.

They were arrested before dawn Friday, after a police officer on patrol noticed vulgar and racist graffiti spraypainted on the walls of Ft.Revere.

The officer found the teens nearby holding cans of spray-paint, and they had paint on their hands.

Charged are Samantha Foley, Alexis Osborne, Keri Mulvehill and Julie Kolar, all 18-years-old and from Marshfield.

Two 17-year-olds from Marshfield, and a 17-year-old from Braintree, were also arrested.

All seven are free pending appearances in Hingham District Court this week.

Ft.Revere had just been repainted in June to cover up previous graffiti, and police patrols have been stepped-up since then.
