Plymouth: Former Kingston Fire Chief Arraignment Today

Today in Plymouth, former Kingston Fire Chief Robert Heath is scheduled to be arraigned in court. According to reports, 59-year-old Heath is facing one charge of indecent assault and battery on a 23-year-old man from Kingston. According to court records, on February 9th Heath allegedly tried to kiss the man and put his hands down his pants. On February 7th, Heath had signed a new 3-year contract, but then resigned as Kingston Fire Chief 10 days later.
