Marshfield: EMS Respond to Multiple Incidents Thursday

A Marshfield Firefighter used a survival suit and waded into about 3 feet of water to help an elderly driver out of his car Thursday night. Marshfield Fire says the incident happened just past 9:30 last night at a small pond by Main and Pine Streets. The man did not require to be taken to the hospital and the vehicle was pulled out of the water.

Earlier in the day, Marshfield Emergency Crews went to a home on Pilgrim Road to help a person who had fallen about 15 feet out of a second story window. The person was taken to South Shore Hospital. Name and condition are unknown at this time.

There was also a 4-car accident that temporarily shut down 3A. WATD’s Lenny Rowe was on the scene and files this report:
