Marshfield: Four-Vehicle Crash Temporarily Closes Route 3A

A four-vehicle crash caused the temporary closure of Route 3A in Marshfield on Thursday.

The crash took place around 3:15 p.m. in front of Minot Motorworks between Summer and Highland Streets, an official on scene said one person was transported to an area hospital.

The official said that person’s injuries were unknown. Their identity was not released. The cause of the crash also was not known.

The other drivers on scene were treated for “minor bumps and bruises” and were released.

The scene was cleared and the road re-opened to traffic shortly after 4:15.
