King Oak Hill Park is located at the former Emery family estate. In September, MDR Construction placed a winning bid of $1.7 million to construct the new park, which will include a 1,500 foot pavilion, public restrooms, and 55 parking spaces, among other touches. The project will be completed between late April and early May.
