Bourne Police are trying to identify a woman who they say stole money from a tip jar.

The suspected larceny was reported on Monday after an employee at The Lobster Trap Restaurant noticed  money was missing from their tip jar on the front counter.

After reviewing surveillance footage it was determined that money was taken repeatedly by the woman who entered the restaurant around 5:50 p.m.

The video can be viewed here and police are asking the public to pay careful attention to her mannerisms, clothing, and eye glasses.

Anyone with information on her identity is asked to contact the Bourne Police Department Detective Unit at 508-759-4420 EXT 212.
