Brockton: Child Safe After Reported Carjacking

This an update to a previously reported story of a carjacking involving a minor.

Brockton Police tell WATD News the minor involved has been found and is safe. 

It appears that the child was removed from the car before it was taken Thursday night. 

However Police are still looking for the vehicle which is described as a black Audi Q7 SUV with a possible West Virginia plate in the back and a possible Marine Corps vanity plate on the front. 

The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information is being asked to contact Brockton Police at 508-941-0200.
