Brockton: Two Arrested In Connection With Saturday Shooting

Two people have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Brockton Saturday night.

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that 24-year-old Renardo Williams and 30-year-old Chanel Martins were arrested last night on Route 84 in Sturbridge.

They were arrested in connection with a shooting at the Brockton Mini Mart parking lot that left 26-year-old Bethgy Cator of Avon dead and another person injured.

Williams is being charged with Murder and Assault with Intent to Murder and Martins is being charged with Accessory After the Fact.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned today in Brockton District Court.
