Halifax: Senator Advocates State Funds for Monponsett Pond Algae Maintenance

Senator Michael D. Brady is advocating for the continued care of Monponsett Pond in a big way.

Halifax Town Administrator Charlie Seelig explains more about Senator Brady’s Monponsett Pond “earmark”:

The House and Senate Budget Committees will decide the fate of the earmark by the end of the month.

The latest toxic blue green algae testing done at Monponsett Pond showed that the pond was 100% clean at this time.
