Plymouth Police: Silver Alert Called Off For Missing Resident

Local authorities call off a Silver Alert that had been issued for a missing Plymouth man.

Plymouth Police put out the bulletin late Saturday night seeking 75-year old Howard Barnes, who had not been seen since earlier in the evening.

However, a short time later the Silver Alert was cancelled as Barnes had been located.

A Silver Alert is a notification used by police and emergency personnel regarding a missing person, especially senior citizens with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other mental disabilities.
