Plymouth: Magistrate Expected to Make Finding on Complaint Filed Against Police Captain John Rogers

A long time Plymouth Police Captain will know within a week if a complaint filed against him by another police officer will go forward. A magistrate in the Fall River Court is expected to make a finding on whether or not to make a charge, within a week from Tuesday’s hearing. The complaint against John Rogers is for assault and battery. Rogers, who has been out on paid administrative leave, has been with the department for over 30 years.
