Plymouth: Town Meeting to Vote on Re-zoning 50 Acres for Commercial Use

Plymouth’s economic development consultant reported the town has too many upscale condos, too much retail space, not enough commercial space. Town meeting will have an opportunity to alter that. Four years of work by the town’s planning development has resulted in a plan to rezone 50 acres of town-owned land off Hedges Pond Road in Cedarville to commercial use.

Here’s Plymouth’s Director of Planning and Development Lee Hartmann.

Plymouth’s Fall Town Meeting will consider the zoning change in three articles in October.
