Healthtrax of Hanover: Grow Strong

Grow Strong is my mission. My goal. It’s the change I want and need. I’m Lisa from The South Shore’s Morning News and I’m taking charge of my health with the help of Healthtrax in Hanover and I’m both thrilled and scared all at once!
Twice a week I will be training with Nancy from Healthtrax and this page will document my progress. I will be blogging about my sessions and the changes I’m making. Nancy will also join Rob and me weekly on The South Shore’s Morning News and she’ll try to answer questions you may have here on the blog or on air. I’ll be posting the audio archives of our chats and I’ll be posting short videos of our training session so you can feel free to follow along with the program! I’m setting out to grow a stronger body, a stronger mind through the benefits of eating healthy foods and taking better care of my body. Life is short and I want to live mine to it’s fullest potential. Grow Strong is my personal campaign to change the way I live. One small step on the treadmill at a time!
