WATD Political Forum: Plymouth/Barnstable Senate candidates square off

Tonight, join WATD as we host an event co-sponsored by the Plymouth Area League of Women Voters live from Plymouth Town Hall. The forum will feature the candidates vying for the Plymouth Barnstable Senate District seat held by Senate President Therese Murray.

The senate seat spans portions of Plymouth County and onto Cape Cod, made up of eight towns Pembroke, Kingston, Plympton, Plymouth, Sandwich, Bourne, Falmouth and Barnstable’s precincts 10, 11, and 12. Republican Tom Keyes of Sandwich, Democrat Therese Murray will take part in the forum tonight on WATD (95.9 FM) from Plymouth Town Hall starting at 7pm.

WATD-FM is asking listeners and readers to submit questions for the candidates – you can do that by going to www.959watd.com/candidatequestions.

WATD’s Christine James will be at Plymouth Town Hall, and will pose questions to the candidates. The debate will air on the radio live at 7 p.m. as well as live on www.959watd.com. The forum will be archived in its entirety on Friday afternoon at www.959watd.com/political.
