Seek the great horned and screech owls at Daniel Webster sanctuary from 5-7pm Preregistration required. $10, $8 for Mass Audubon members. Family Fun Event during December Vacation, Southwick’s Zoo Animal Shows, Friday, December 28th at South Shore Natural Science Center. EARTH Limited, a partnership with Southwick’s Zoo, educates and entertains families with two live animal shows at South Shore Natural Science Center on Friday, December 28th at 1:00pm and 2:30pm. See an exciting variety of animals with scales, fur, and feathers. This event is perfect for families looking for a fun activity during December Vacation week. In addition, SSNSC’s EcoZone Interactive Museum, REI Discovery Trail, Children’s Garden, and Owl Exhibit will be open as well as numerous walking trails. The shows are suitable for children ages 3 and older with an adult. Cost per child is $8 for members and $12 per child non-members. Adults are $5 each. Families who register and pay for 3 or more days of December Vacation Week Camp will receive up to 4 free tickets to the Southwick’s Zoo presentation.
