The South Shore’s Fitness Expert, Kelli Ann Correa, shares tips to live a healthy lifestyle every Wednesday at 6:10 a.m.
Kelli Ann has always enjoyed competing in sports and is blessed to have a lot of support from her family, friends and all of the positive people in her life. She’s always been consistent at weight training in order to maintain healthy physical conditioning and to improve as an athlete.
Upon returning home from California, where she resided for 10 years, Kelli Ann became a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach. Kelli Ann has been competing for the past 5 years with the International Fitness and Physique Association and the National Physique Committee. She has achieved Professional status with the IFPA, having won both Bodybuilding and Figure Championships and now competes on a National level with the NPC. Competing has given her many new opportunities working as a Fitness Model and Spokesperson.
She is Currently taking time off to embark on a new venture, 2K Fitness, with her sister and their theme is two sisters, one goal: fitness for a lifetime.
Kelli Ann’s goals are to help people by reaching them in widespread publications, television and film.
