Duxbury: Man arrested charged with heroin distribution

Following a lengthy investigation by Duxbury Police, detectives from the Old Colony Police Anti-Crime task force conducted search and surveillance operations that resulted in the arrest on Friday of a Duxbury man on charges related to heroin distribution.

21 year-old Kyle Nathan of Duxbury was arrested in Kingston by Detectives from Kingston, Duxbury, Pembroke, Marshfield, and Hanson. Also arrested was 21 year-old Melinda Feneck of Kingston.

A quantity of heroin was seized at the scene. A search warrant executed at Nathan’s Duxbury home resulted in additional evidence of narcotics distribution that had been ongoing in Duxbury and surrounding communities.

Nathan faces charges of Possession of a Class A Substance with the Intent to Distribute as well as other charges related to narcotics distribution.
