Quincy: Rockland Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

A Rockland man was killed in a motorcycle crash this weekend.

State Police say the crash took place around 9:15 a.m. Sunday  involving a car and a motorcycle on I-93 South near exit 8 in Quincy.

A preliminary investigation determined that a 2010 Honda Pilot was traveling on Route 93 southbound when it collided in the 2nd travel lane with a 2007 Harley Davidson Street Glide.

The deceased motorcycle operator has been identified as a 26-year-old Francis Correia.

The driver of the Honda is identified as a 54-year-old man from Milton.

The incident is being investigated by the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, the State Police Crime Scene Services Section.
