Halifax: Officials Still Reviewing Proposal for a Marijuana Growing Facility on River Street

Four Daughters Compassionate Care LLC is currently in talks with Halifax’s Board of Selectmen about a Host Community Agreement (HCA), that would give permission for the company to set up a marijuana growing facility on a parcel of land on River Street.

Halifax Town Administrator Charlie Seelig explains more about what an HCA is:

Seelig confirms that the HCA is in the draft phase, and as of this week, the Board of Selectmen have not agreed to officially sign anything:

The Halifax Board of Selectmen will continue its discussion about the Four Daughters HCA at the next upcoming meeting on Tuesday, February 27th.
