Plymouth County: Real Estate Market Remains Active

Real Estate activity in Plymouth County remained active in May.

Register of Deeds John Buckley tells WATD News that

Home sale prices in Plymouth County remained steady last month and are higher than the same time last year.

However, Buckley says that refinancing has declined somewhat.

There was also a decline in foreclosure activity.

At the end of this month, June 29, the Plymouth County Registry Building, located at 50 Obery St. in Plymouth, will display another historic document.

This one is a record that granted land to “The ten men from Saugus,” that would later become the town of Sandwich.
