Plymouth: Shutdown At The Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station

The Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station went into a shutdown on Friday. 


Neil Sheehan, a spokesman with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, tells WATD News that they are currently trying to determine what caused the problem. 


Sheehan says they don’t believe there is currently any threat to the public. 


At this time it is unknown when the plant will resume operations.
