Braintree: Game Against Milton Will Be Played On Thanksgiving

The Thanksgiving Day Football game against Milton and Braintree is back on.

Earlier today Braintree Mayor Joe Sullivan announced that due to the forecasted cold weather on Thursday morning, the game had been rescheduled to Wednesday night.

However, following a backlash on social media, the mayor then announced that the game would be played as originally scheduled.

Braintree Councilor-At-Large Sean Powers tells WATD News he welcomes that decision.

The game will take place Thanksgiving morning at 10 a.m. at Braintree High School.
