Brockton: Library To Host Multilingual Poetry Event

The Brockton Public Library will play host to a poetry event on Friday night that will have a multilingual perspective.

Organizer Phillip Hasouris told the South Shore’s Morning News how this event came about.

Hasouris says it’s fitting that this event would take place in Brockton, a city of great diversity and many immigrant families.

Including his own.

Voices of Diversity: Voices of America takes place tonight at 6:00 p.m. at the Brockton Public Library at 304 Main St.

The event is free and open to the public.
