Norwell: Tractor Association Honors David Osborne as 2019 Citizen of the Year

The Norwell Tractor Association was founded in 1838 and according to them, “has been comprised of prominent community leaders who have excelled in their unselfish genorosity to others without malice or political affiliation”

This year, the 2019 “Norwell Tractor Association’s Citizen of the Year” is native son David Osborne, who has served the town in many capacities, including veterans agent, conservation commision, community preservation committee, and many behind the scences acts of kindness and help.

 

Osborne was recently honored with a dinner and reception in his honor. Master of ceremonies was former selectmen, Don Mauch.
