Plymouth: Select Board Sets Beach Sticker Prices

If you plan to go to the beach in Plymouth this year, plan on spending more money. The town collects fees from daily parking and from yearly beach stickers. The stickers give access from July through June. Fees collected the previous year pay for current year expenses. Those expenses have increased, so Plymouth’s Select Board increased the fees. The annual sticker will cost $50, $25 for seniors, and give access to Plymouth Long Beach, Morton Park, Fresh Pond and Hedges Pond. Four-by-four stickers, to access the outer portion of Plymouth Beach, will cost $70, $45 for seniors. Daily parking fees will increase from $15 to $20. Th new stickers go on sale today at Plymouth Town Hall.
