Marshfield: Water Main Break Repaired, Water Being Tested

Crews have completed repairs following a water main break in Marshfield.

The Department of Public Works says that at around 3 a.m. crews repaired the water main following the Island Street break.

While the repair is completed, officials say they still need to chlorinate the main and take some samples.

However, they say residents should be able to shower with no issues.

They say once testing has revealed satisfactory results they will notify residents by the use of reverse 911.
