Plymouth County: Sales Activity Down As Are Foreclosures

The latest numbers released by the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds show that while August was a good month, overall home sale activity is down.


Register of Deeds John Buckley tells WATD News mortgage activity remains solid according to the county’s latest real estate numbers.


Buckley also says there was also a decrease in foreclosure notices.


Home sale prices also saw a five percent increase with the average home in Plymouth County now selling for $439, 461.
