South Shore: Utility Companies Expect Power To Be Fully Restored By Saturday Night

Eversource says they have steadily reduced the number of power outages in the region.

However, Eversource Spokesman Reid Lamberty tells WATD News that many customers will see power return sooner.

National Grid Spokeswoman Christine Milligan says they are also making progress when it comes to restoring power.

However, Milligan tells WATD News that there are significant challenges they face when it comes to full power restoration.

Lamberty echoed this sentiment saying the South Shore sustained the brunt of the storm and thus has the most obstacles preventing full restoration of power.

A list of estimated restoration times for Eversource can be found here.

So how long will it be until power is fully restored for Eversouce customers?
