Crews were called to the scene after a car crashed into a building in Brockton.

Police say that the driver of the vehicle, identified as a 36-year-old woman from Taunton, told them she was traveling on Belmont St. shortly after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday when a truck driver cut her off.

She says she swerved out of the way and crashed into a convenience store on the corner of Belmont St. and Byron Ave.

The woman was able to climb out a rear door and wait for first responders to arrive.

She was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center to get checked out by hospital personnel, but police say no serious injuries were reported.
