Quincy: Crews Called To Fire On Butler Rd.

Crews were called to the scene of a two alarm fire in Quincy.

The fire was reported around 8:45 a.m. today (Wednesday) at 40 Butler Rd.

Quincy Police tell WATD News that minor injuries were reported and that Emergency Management is temporarily opening the Koch Center, at 1 Merrymount Pkwy, for shelter and food for anyone displaced.

Butler Rd. and nearby streets are closed, Southern Artery and Hancock St. remain open.

Boston provided mutual aid.
