Plymouth: Woman Succumbs to Injuries One Week After Car Crash

A Plymouth woman has died following a car crash in Marion.

20-year-old Brooke Sweet was involved in a single car crash on February 5th and was med-flighted to Beth Israel Deaconess in Boston where she succumbed to her injuries on the 12th.

A preliminary investigation shows the vehicle was travelling west on route 195 when Sweet lost control, and struck a guardrail.

She was the only person in the vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.

Her memorial mass will be celebrated today at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church in Fairhaven.
