Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz joined WATD to discuss animal cruelty, which is a felony offense in the state.
His office is working to educate Assistant District Attorneys on how to handle these cases.
They recently conducted a training session with the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
