Results continue to come in for the Democratic primary for Plymouth County Commissioner.

Alex Bezanson tells WATD it now appears that he has won over his opponent, Carlos DaSilva.

He says he has not been in contact with the DaSilva campaign. Early Wednesday morning, the Associated Press had DaSilva ahead with 22,083 votes, Bezanson had 22,049 votes – a 34 vote split.

Unofficial results by the AP now show 22,495 for Bezanson, and 22,425 for DaSilva – 70 votes in favor of Bezanson.

WATD reached out to the DaSilva campaign for comment, but has not heard back.

The winner of this race faces republican incumbent Sandra Wright in the General Election.
