Police take action after a series of threatening texts were sent out. Brockton Police said that on Sunday they we were made aware of a series of threatening text messages targeting individuals. That was followed by social media posts. Police say they have identified the author, and charges are pending.

The Marshfield Police Department has been put in Facebook jail. Detective Todd Goodwin tells WATD News they can carry out other functions, but for the meantime they can’t create new posts.
