Check out the South Shore Arts & Craft Festival Saturday October 27th and Sunday October 28th in Plymouth. The event features over 150 booths of American made Arts, Crafts, Food & Live Music! No Imports, No Sponsors, No Sales Reps. Just American Made Arts, Crafts, Food & Music! This is an Indoor Event – Held Rain, Snow or Shine at the South Shore Expo Center on Natalie Way in Plymouth. Check out the South Shore Model Railway Club Fall Show and Open House this weekend. Saturday October 27th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday October 28th from 10am to 4pm. The Club is located at 52 Bare Cove Park Drive in Hingham. The entrance to Bare Cove Park Drive is a 1/10 of a mile west of the South Shore Country Club across from the West Hingham “T” Station at 19 Fort Hill Street in Hingham. In addition to the club’s operating layout, there will be dealer tables and demonstrations of model railroad construction. Check out the 26th Annual Head of the Weir River Race in Hull today at 11:30am. An exceptionally exciting race and a great spectator event, featuring some of the region’s finest rowers. The best spectator views are from the bridge on George Washington Blvd. (10-20 min. after the start), at the tip of Hull’s Sunset Point, or at the Windmill Point Boathouse finish line. This is an Open Event, 5.5 miles out the Weir River estuary, across Hull Bay, to HLM’s Windmill Point Boathouse.
