Members of the Massachusetts House Asian Caucus held an event in front of the State House on Wednesday to speak out against hate on a day that marked the anniversary of a major event in the Black Lives Matter movement.
State Representative Tackey Chan said that this is also comes a day after the country experienced another violent tragedy.
Participants ended the event with a moment of silence.
