Although COVID-19 is still impacting the region, local healthcare workers say things seem to be improving.
Kim Teves, Manager of Infection Prevention at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth tells WATD News that they also have learned more about the disease.
Teves says that they are focusing now on people who have had the disease but have since recovered.
However, Teves says there is still a lot that is unknown when it comes to antibodies.
This comes as state officials begin working towards Phase 2 of the Governor’s Reopening Plan.
