Plymouth residents and out-of-towners typically pack Plymouth Long Beach every sunny day of the summer. Town Manager Melissa Arrighi told the Plymouth Select Board Tuesday of plans to re-open the beach without the crowds. Beginning June 13th, residents with beach stickers will be allowed to fill half the parking lot and beach stickers will go on sale sometime next week. Nelson Park will open without the splash pad. But, Arrighi and the select board are still discussing how to keep White Horse Beach resident-only.
