Seniors Nanita and Cece, both a Chihuahua mix, are a bonded pair.
These two girls are 9-11 years old and need to be adopted together. They are very very shy at first and take days and lots of TLC before they begin to trust you, say our friends at the Scituate Animal Shelter. But once they do, they are very snuggly and so sweet. They’re on the quieter side and not big barkers for the most part. They get along well with small dogs and gentle cats. They would do fine in a home with teenagers or adults but not with small children. These two girls both go on pee pads but could go outside as long as you were very careful they weren’t outside without a leash because they would easily run away. Both girls have very severe dental disease and will be having most of their teeth removed so you should be prepared for senior health care for them but also a wet food diet. If you think your family would be a good fit for this duo send a note to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org!
