Police in Brockton are investigating after a 9-year-old Brockton boy fell from a 9th floor window.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz says around 9:25 a.m. on Sunday, family members called 911 to report the fall from the Belair Tower.
The boy was unresponsive when first responders arrived, and he was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Foul play is not suspected.
State Police Detectives to the DA’s Office and Brockton Police are still investigating.
