The House of Representatives passes a COVID-19 elections bill.
State Representative for the 3rd Plymouth District Joan Meschino says the bill allows the Secretary of State’s office to send out an application to every registered voter so that they can fill it out, mail it back, and receive a ballot.
Meschino says applications for both the primary and general election ballots will be mailed to residents
Next the senate will vote on the bill, and if they pass it, it will to Governor Charlie Baker’s desk for his signature.
