A Plymouth man plead guilty to drug charges following his arrest in Middleboro.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that 30-year-old Lyle Dorgan was arrested in August of 2019 following an investigation into a drug operation out of his Plymouth home.
The investigation determined that Dorgan was bringing Fentanyl up from Connecticut to Plymouth for distribution.
Dorgan was stopped on a return trip and a search of his home and vehicle resulted in the seizure of 20 grams of Fentanyl and seven Suboxone strips.
He pleaded guilty Wednesday to one charge to one count of possession with Intent To Distribute a Class A Substance, Fentanyl and was sentenced to three to four years in State Prison.
