The Town of Scituate is using over 2 million gallons of water per day which is an increase from last year by more than 20 percent.
Scituate Town Administrator Jim Boudreau is asking residents to follow the water regulations including no watering between 9 AM and 5 PM.
The board of selectmen also discussed their Annual and Special Town Meeting which is this Saturday June 27th and will be held on the high school football field starting at 9 am.
Boudreau says the more important articles will be covered like the budget and some community preservation articles as well.
Scituate will be hosting their annual July 4th celebrations, beaches will be open with social distancing guidelines to be followed and no alcohol or bonfires will be allowed.
