Healthy and spunky at 15 years young

Meet Zoey! She’s with our friends at the Scituate Animal Shelter and she’s searching for her forever home. Zoey is a 15 year young chocolate lab. She’s healthy and spunky and very friendly, though Zoey will need to be in a home with adults, and no other pets because she can get a little pushy and she could knock a little one over easily! Zoey has lived with other dogs, but she doesn’t share well, so it’s the Shelter’s recommendation that she be the only pet in the home. She’s used to getting her own way! She can be around other dogs outside, but she does not like cats and will chase small animals. Zoey is a very vocal girl and will tell you what she wants and when she wants it! She will bark and “talk” to get her space on the couch or demand more treats. Zoey has had access to a sofa her whole life, so her new home needs to be ok with a big girl taking up a few cushions!
