The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office tells WATD News the defendant in the South Shore Plaza shooting case, 21-year-old Jose Rodriguez of Boston, pled not guilty.
The DA’s office moved to have him held as a dangerous person and that hearing will be held on Friday.
In addition they asked the court to revoke his bail on an open case in Roxbury District Court where he is being charged with reckless endangerment of a child and that motion was held for action on Friday as well.
