2020 has been a year not many will forget especially high school students that are graduating.
WATDs David Cedrone has the story:
Senior year for high school students is supposed to be a special time, parties, hanging out with friends you may not see for a long time and fun times at school that you never forget.
Roughly 350 seniors will graduate from Marshfield High School today and the event Grad Nite Live has been cancelled on what would have been its 24th year.
Grad Nite Live has been held at the high school every year, it’s a drug and alcohol free zone, with social activities for students and its held right after graduation and lasts all night.
Marshfield High School Senior Valedictorian, Andrew Kirdahy says it’s been a disappointment but also feels his class of 2020 will not be forgotten.
So with Grad Nite Live cancelled due to COVID-19 the Grad Nite Live crew put together three murals on the town green at town hall with all the seniors’ photos on them.
Marshfield will hold their graduation today on the football field from 6 to 8 PM.
