A new fire station has opened up in Plymouth.
Around 8 a.m. Monday firefighters made a ceremonial procession from the old North Plymouth station on Spooner St. to the new station, located approximately 1,000 feet away on Hedge Road.
Fire Chief Ed Bradley tells WATD News they now have a more permanent home after shuffling around to a few different locations.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a formal grand opening ceremony will be held at a later date, with members of the town and residents invited to attend and tour the new facility.
