Wareham Police are investigating a Tuesday afternoon motorcycle crash.
Police say that shortly after 3:30 p.m. they received reports of a motorcycle accident on Glen Charlie Road.
An officer arrived and saw an injured 27-year-old East Wareham man being treated by an off-duty firefighter paramedic.
It appears that the man had been operating a dirt-bike, and collided head-on with a vehicle traveling north on Glen Charlie Road.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital and the accident remains under investigation.
However, police say it is likely charges will be forthcoming pending the outcome of the investigation.
