A trooper was injured after being dragged by a motorcycle.
Massachusetts State Police say that at approximately 10:20 p.m. Tuesday the Trooper was attempting to speak to that motorcyclist and a second motorcyclist at the Shell gas station on Route 138 in Canton after they received a report of motorcycles racing in the area.
The motorcycles then sped away from the scene and the trooper was dragged from the area of the pumps out into Route 138.
Darrin Williams was working at the Shell Gas Station when the incident occurred.
State Police say the trooper sustained minor injuries, and Williams tells WATD News he saw the trooper after the incident occurred.
The trooper was treated by Canton firefighters at the scene and declined transport to a hospital and remained on the job.
